Page 1 of 6 Welcome back. Last week we looked at 'Why projects fail and what you can do about it". We focused the entire post on what is called VRM or Value Realization Modeling. Other names it goes by include, Cost Benefit Analysis, Return on Investment, Projection Modeling etc. Each one is slightly different than the others but they all share one thing in common, and that is to make an attempt to better understand possible future instances that may or may not ever come to fruition. But since we all know that 'luck favors the prepared', we try to get lucky as possible. |
